崔孝玲，女，汉族，1980年8月生，博士，高级工程师，博士生导师。2019-2020年间赴澳大利亚Wollongong University访学。

从事《物理化学实验》、《物理化学》、《论文写作指导》等课程的教学工作。指导本科生获全国大学生创新创业大赛项目1项，并入围第十四届大学生创新创业年会。指导学生获得挑战杯甘肃大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖1项、三等奖1项，甘肃省“创新之星”项目1项。指导本科生一作发表SCI论文1篇，主持完成校级教学研究项目1项，并发表教学研究论文2篇。

研究方向为电池材料及其增材制造方法。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、甘肃省科技重大专项1项、甘肃省自然科学基金项目3项、企业技术开发课题2项，并作为骨干成员参与各级各类研究项目20余项。作为第1完成人，分别获甘肃省专利三等奖1项，甘肃省冶金有色工业科技进步一等奖2项，甘肃省高等学校科技优秀成果三等奖1项；作为主要完成人获甘肃省科技进步二等奖2项，甘肃省专利二等奖1项。获得授权发明专利10余件，并作为第1作者或通讯作者发表SCI/EI收录科研论文50余篇，其中中科院一、二区收录18篇。
